Hart began his career in the Burton Albion youth system before embarking on loans at Kidsgrove Athletic, Tamworth and Redditch United.
The 25 year-old signed for Tamworth permanently in the summer of 2021, and has since had spells at Barwell, Coalville, Kettering Town and most recently Spalding United.
