JOSIAH DYER - FORWARD

Josiah is another signing from League Two side Barnsley, joining the Turbines following his release from the club at the end of the 2024/25 season. The forward came through the Tykes academy, making a handful of appearances for the First Team in the EFL Trophy and League One. Josiah had temporary spells away at Northern Premier Division sides FC United of Manchester, Basford United and Gainsborough Trinity. 

Josiah is a Monsterrat International having represented the country on a number of occasions, and enjoyed a debut goal in November 2023 against Barbados in the CONCACAF Nations League. The striker made his debut for the Turbines in the opening day of the National League North season, scoring his first two goals for the club in a 3-2 loss at Chester. 

Josiah joined Northern Premier League Division One Midlands side Mickleover on loan in October 2025.
